All my thoughts, no sugarcoating
A tranquil oasis awaits here! The fine garden, luxurious executive suite, and really good service create a serene atmosphere. Staff were pretty good, making our stay lovely. The location is a perfect balance. Close to vibrant spots yet peaceful. Can't recommend this place enough for a good escape!

The rooms were both beautiful, amazingly comfortable, complete with quiet away from the hustle, q nice garden, as example. Sensational breakfasts with cheese, very good bread and fresh juices, the staff were all in all wonderful.

The room was dark and had that awful, bright white lighting-hardly the cozy retreat I imagined. The faulty doors required a makeshift fix, and I certainly expected a complimentary bottle of wine to make up for it. Almost gave a good review, but who needs a restaurant that's closed, woudl ve been nice if you asked me.

The breakfast is enormous and good, and the helpful staff makes you feel genuinely welcomed with each interaction.
The location is somewhat distant from major attractions, requiring a long walk or taxi ride to explore the vibrant city.

Had an amazing group vacation here! The lush garden setup was perfect for lounging, and we had a fantastic time visiting both the magnificent Koutobia Mosque and the vibrant souks nearby. Highly recommend exploring local dining options, as the staff are super helpful with suggestions!
Unfortunately, we had issues with pre-arranged taxis, which led to misunderstandings on pricing.

We enjoyed strolling through the lovely garden with palm trees, while our kids played by the pool. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was great, and we appreciated the help from the dedicated staff, especially Abdul.
My children wanted more lunch options.

The room itself was very good with luxurious amenities. The staff, especially Abdhul, was accommodating, really going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. The garden view was fine.
Occasionally, the noise from the nearby road was noticeable, particularly in the early mornings.

Hivernage was a hidden gem! We loved how peaceful it was, yet so close to the menara mall. The pool area was perfect. Hicham was amazing, we were well-fed even during our early tours. The breakfast was good, too.
